Christie Lou Mitchell

Attorney Christie Lou Mitchell is Board Certified in Family and Marital Law. After graduation from the Florida State University in May of 2006 with a degree in Business Administration, Ms. Mitchell attended law school at the University of Florida's Levin College of Law. Since graduating from law school and becoming licensed as an attorney in 2009, Ms. Mitchell has been in private practice and dedicated her practice to handling matters near and dear to families. In 2021, Ms. Mitchell earned the designation of Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Approximately 5% of all Florida attorneys have attained the status of Board Certified in one of the 27 areas tested for expertise. As of June 1, 2021, only 276 of over 100,000 licensed Florida attorneys are Board Certified in Marital and Family Law.

A native Orlando resident, Ms. Mitchell, resides in Orlando with her husband and four children. As a person fiercely dedicated to her family, she understands how legal issues, even seemingly minor, can impact families and family dynamics. Every legal issue or lawsuit can be, and often is, deeply emotional for the persons involved. It is important to have a dedicated professional to provide an objective and legally sound recommendation as to your best course of action to achieve your goals and, if necessary, be willing to take your case to trial to obtain results.
